How OV works??

Items purchased for real money (backpacks, skins, levels) appear in the inventory of the purchasing player. They can then be traded as normal. Scam therefore not possible.

This system is better, but doesn't it create a different style of scam? For example, player 1 buys a skin for player 2 and it appears in player 1's backpack. Player 2 then logs out and so player 1 is left with a skin he didn't want in the first place. He has therefore wasted his money.
Ok, you could argue that buying a skin is cheap so no real harm done. Now think about the scenario when buying 10 lvls or more

Player 1 can just use the levels etc that he's bought, for himself, or sell to another player.

Yeah, for sure - that's the solution. I guess I was just trying to point our that there will almost certainly always be ways to scam or annoy other players.
My personal solution is to only buy items /lvls for yourself and then you can avoid the situation in the first place!
