*POLL* Auto Aim tweaking for pvp
Its not fair. Ranged characters have auto aim, and can easily move to stop your melee from hitting them. Add in that it is very difficult to pick a precise spot next to a character, it makes pvp near impossible for melee to succeed. Especially if facing a coward who hit and runs.
To make the game fair, melee should have an auto follow option, or advance to target button. Ranged have auto aim, but they could use tweaking too, as they don't always aim at whats best.
There should be a button added to aim at specific targets. For melee, you would advance to targeted player and attack. For ranged, you will target nearest targeted player. Do you agree?

I think melee players should of a stomp or a stun action that hits multiple targets and last longer then others definitely couldnt agree more that characters with close range have no chance against ranged characters

Auto follow option for meelee characters is definitely needed. I wrote about it in another topic:

Yes i agree melee classes need this (at the least) to equal out PvP but like magixx said you get slowed or froze than what? Unfreeze potion IF you have it, i would just say let melee be ranged attackers as well but that just wouldn't look normal swinging a sword through midair yet killing somebody.

I agree with this. I've voted YES, but still believe that this idea won't go far enough for the reasons stated above.

I understand what you are saying magix, that the slow spell is another area that needs attention. I agree completely. The issue I have is that I cannot click a square directly next to a character, then hit the attack button, and repeat to make my swordsman fight ANYONE who moves.
So I got fed up and made an archer. I never wanted to be an archer, but unfortunately there is little choice

My suggestion here for the auto follow is only a piece of the puzzle of balancing pvp. I am glad that you point out other areas that need work as well

Great idea. The auto follow is a born right of melee. Melee auto follows the target in many games I played so far.
As far as the slow down thing is concerned, I think there should be anti-slow pots available just like we have anti freeze. That seems unfair, as a lot of players get killed due to slow down spell. What is most needed is anti slow down pots. Let the heaven fall, but justice be done.
