At dragon on devils island, you can get medals. if you got 1 silver/1 gold you get +1 weapon. if you got 2 gold you get +2 weapon. If not...than it is a bug, and needed to be fixed. You are right, if you got 2 gold medals from the dragon and you only got +1 weapon, you should post that to GM-Inbox ...

I would wait for now until it is fixed. If you have a 1500+0 you should be able to upgrade to 1500+1 and if you have a 1500+1 you should be able to upgrade to 1500+2 and luck does not matter.
