So i reccently got the mage, leveled him to 10. I have many spells in my bags, but he cannot cast any of them, they do not give me a icon to be clicked on the main screen when im fighting mobs. Is the mage just broken on offline and not usable?

So i got the mage, hes level 10 atm. I have many spells in my inventory, yellow, green heal and so on, how do i use them?
