Same thing just happened to me blank screen music playing

I'm logged in and can hear music but I cannot see anything my buttons work and I tried to click on the edges of the screen to move but my character does not change map my character name is SamiAm329 I was travelling between Silverwood and a map below

I made another character but I use the same password now I can't log back into original character
