Managed to get prisoner, but he dies on way out. Does this quest reset if prisoner dies. Thought i could just talk of fenix again and he would put back in jail, but he wont talk to me

Is this quest over or is there some way to redo

Been looking on youTube and I think I may have to some side quests first to do with a prisoner but not sure. May have to use the blood knight key on a different door

Trying to do these quests. Got MadManiancs bandage and the blood knight key, but when i pay the hp20k potion to cross the bridge, still cant open the door to the south

If there another key that I am missing

Hi This is just a general enquiry really Started exploring the above map. I am lvl 1300 and have a dex of 516, but there is something in the north of that map, that kills me within 2 hits and I have over 200k hp.
