I am currently level 208 in the offline version of the game. I am trying to figure out where the best place to level so i am able to get to 250 and continue with the house of houses quest line which opens at 250. Any recommendations?

good info :) though you might want to put that in a spoiler lol also after you finish the quest, you can still go back to get more spectres... be careful though, some pets are afraid of them ;) I turned in the quest to nalrogg... But it won't let me talk to the blue devil on the road in maze map......

How do you actually get this Spector??? I have done all of the quests so far that I can find and checked the boards. There is no mention of this Spector
