Ghost Dwarf
As I understand it, Ghost dwarf is supposed to spawn somewhere near bank on the hour every hour. It seems he has not spawned several times now, last occurrence 02:00 game time. Is this a bug, or am I missing something else?

I'm not opposed to more backpack space
But I would like to be able to park a pet without having to pay a lot of money for a house. I would still do so to keep from losing premium pets, even if it meant I couldn't use extra bags while parked.

I don't want to be the unpopular one but if you are in a clan that is just how it is. Once an individual joins a clan, they must know this. It does seem that all of the NPC spawns are a lot farther away from where they used to be, and harder to get them to spawn.. I'm pretty sure I have done all relevant quests for each. Playing RPG version, and neither the grave digger in ashdown, nor Sebastius in library cellar will appear so I can complete quests.
