eeeeeh server was broken and for that i lost sieges!!!! I think the spell delay happens if you already cast the 5 spells for that second. It delays until the next second. Although, something in the behavior seems to have changed for the worse for me as well. I can't quite put my finger on how, but the delay seems long enough for me to want to lift and r...
