Do you play any alts? It may be worth checking if the item has gone into their backpack. This has happened with other players.

I suspect part of the problem is that you, in your own words, say you have contacted two GMs at once. Rule 11 forbids this.

I'm posting this to help you, not to be part of a discussion about why you are in jail. That is for you and the GMs to sort out.

Just imagine retired GMs having their powers removed, and then think about who returns from time to time over the years. GMs work is not always obvious. I find that the daily mage usually appears to the left in his room, so if we do use a cauldron, use the one on the right.

Actually, could both be activated? That would make it easier. Once used that day, both disactivated.

How many times does he appear near the door and players end up outside the room rather than talking with him?
