Thanks i retried a few more times and have since been able to creat the clan though it did seem to register the first name i tried to use and wouldnt let me reuse it. But its all figured out

So just turned lvl 20 had 547k gold and clicked on clan screen. It asked me to name clan short name i did. Then long name i did then said i needed 1mil to form clan. So i got the money. Clicked clan screen it asked for short name .... But when i hit done it asked to enter full name but would not let...
