Updated to add more details on the keys from the black knight sentries. You need to drop and use one key before you can drop the second key. Thanks to justj99 for pointing that out! Guess whether he found that out before or after grinding for a considerably long time trying to get a second key! ;) :...

I thought boss dragons were a good help to get from 360 to 380 for fairies. The good thing is that you can test all pet options on the test server and you aren't forced into getting them as pets other than for one quest.

I just enable both methods of moving. There are times I don't really care what in the world my pets do and times that I do. Tapping to move is also nice when you have a fast walking speed and don't want to bother steering around obstacles, and by that point you're already well ahead of your pets any...

It sounds nice but I think it would be abused. Too easy to switch modes when pets have low hp, when you want to turn them into barriers, or just have zero risk additional storage for tough areas.
