Wow... Nice job collecting data here :)... Red Cyclops have 30,000 HP ,  70 DEX.  which does mean you will always hit them with your high Dex.  I'm guessing the difference there is just a coincidence that you happened to "roll" more critical hits while using always hit skill, which bypass...
