If its the lv50 quest to collect the 3 kings, u need to do the lv30 quest in 1,0 from the kings commander. If memory serves, he sends you to marteks afterwards. Need to do the lv15? Theres also a boat captain that will take you over for 1 wood plank from - 1,-3. Might have to do a pre req of quests first, not sure. Either way u have to get passed the bees on other side....
