So me and argus fight he bring his mage (its an outlaw) he dies 5x in a row so he logs swordsman and start spawning mass mobs when we try to do quest and lvl to stop us from leveling because he keeps dying on his mage

As GM go thru their 1000s of reports, they make a list of accounts and then jail them. Now, because of a back log of reports, you may get jailed months after a report...
