LostKnight is correct with his statement. The 1% is developers that require intrusive app permissions.

Similar to some other "boost" items. Suggestions have been made for items to boost xp, drop rates, crafting, and various other things so maybe a few such items could be introduced together. The question might be whether such items are wearable so you get a boost while worn or some type of...

PC hotkeys are intentionally disabled for spells, as it wouldn't work properly with them.

The fire arrow skill will just do the normal 30% damage, and the craftable fire arrows only boost the player's attack damage by the 10% (If you have 3000 str, using the craftable fire arrows will make you deal 3300 damage).
