I searched the forums and did not find a post that answers this. I am doing the inn keeper quest for 3 heads. I have gotten all the heads and returned to inn keeper but he will not talk to me. Not sure if I have missed a critical step somewhere.

Forgive my ignorance, it is very possible that I have overlooked it somewhere, but I am not seeing a cost for houses. How much does a house cost? Also, will more houses be built (actual in game graphic houses not rocks etc)? Can a request be made for a house and a placement location?
