The idea is simple.... 1- If you are in the clan, your items can be drop 2- if you are outside the law, your items can be drop in that way, if you dont want to loose your items, saty away from war and pvp. I assume non English speakers may have a harder time following the rules, as they either don't have a reliable translation from already subjective rules or even just need to use Google translate.

If you have a legitimate question about a rule or why you were punished, read the rules again first and see if it answers your question.
