also, dex difference above 6 doesnt affect their hit chance more than 6 dex difference (to be more precise dex+6 means you cant be hit by them, only when they crit; crit is 100% of their damage unaffected by armor) though you can keep dex at 100 and focus on other stats; this way your dex is enough ...

I still like the idea of guilds where you can enhance your skills. For instance a miners guild where similar to the daily quest idea you get assignments to bring certain ore or ingots.
