Yes, players can ask for clarification. However, if you have to question the legality of an action (ingame or in real life), you should refrain from such an action until you KNOW you are allowed to do it.

I agree with you. As players continue to grow much higher, clan buildings will need reexamined for balance.

If you cannot remember the password, and there is no email attached, you might not be able to recover the account.
