Right. Please dont confuse about it. Outlaw its a punishment. A player become outlaw mainly for pvp abuse. We cant suport a player who abuse of the game/rule mechanics.

The lvl 100 plate is not crafteable. Surely will be added as drop of some monster, because its required item for a quest.
The shield can be crafted. But the items level 100+ only can be crafted on clan buildings, so sadly you only can do it if you are clan member.

Yes, the name has been changed. In Portuguese several k's means laughing. We explained him the problem of use just three k's and he agreed in change to, I think 2 only k's. Simply a language misunderstanding.
