I really like 2. I've wanted that in the past. Being able to basecly buy a house and then for example your family can use it, would be great.
Or at least if a acc on a email buys a house and then all the accs on the email can use the house.

In FT tose who break clear non complicated rules like exploiting very clear bugs are warned and can keep the spoils while the victims of that rulebreaking are not compensated because its too much work. i suggest to actualy punish rulebreakers instead of punishing those who play by the rules. becaus...
