While you can post here to report a player, you are also allowed to send a GM a private message with your report. Nobody is forced to report only here.

At the same time, a 3k mage can't kill other 3k characters. All they need to do is use one freeze pot and walk away. In the case of melee, they can run away a little easier.

I know in the course of completing a lot of the 2k quests, you earn the recipes for how to craft 3k items. Is that what you want information on? Which quests give which recipes?
