Maybe you killed 5 times other players out of a clan? This make automatically outlaw. For remove it you must still 7 days without kill anybody.

To share accounts is always a bad idea. You can lose all your good behaviour for a bad action of the other account user. And recovery your credibility can be veeeeery difficult or even impossible.
If you shared some acccount, i suggest to change immediately the pw and dont share never more.
