I think outlaws should have 100% drop rate, this will help, but it's not enough to stop players from being outlaws since most of them will just play on an alt or improve skills at 0.0 for a week.

Fairy map where is the sand down there, they should spawn there. But on witch sister map is better to farm them in my opinion.

I touched serveral normal houses, and from what I know all normal houses are bought.

Are you playing with an old version of the game maybe? Names have not appeared on the map for awhile, but should appear when you tap on a house. There was a brief period where names did not appear when you tapped on a house but that was fixed before long. I just updated the game and still it doesn'...
