I returned this game after a while and start doing my quests. There is this 2 quests. Kill 3 light. Bee and repair the lighthouse. Killing light. Does this quests also have level caps in subgroups like fortress daily quests?

What about portal scrolls to 0,0 map just like in diablo 2, it can be sold 50m or something like that.
