It was so much of an upgrade that it went backwards to the point it got fixed as best as I can tell.

Well, fortunately not all players are high level.

It's always an option to help friends at lower levels as well.

The house in your previous picture was already used as a house. Both towers on the right side in your last picture appear to be available though.

I know of players who have learned to craft them all. Nothing is bugged or broken. People who complain about things like this just want to complain.

If someone gets what they wanted for the price they agreed on that's really between the parties. Before spending large amounts of gold or trading money items it's a good idea to ask around in the forum, discord, or game to get a feel for the value.
