Sorry, but I'm afraid I don't agree with your idea. However, it has already been implemented as a big part of OV, compbatant's other game, so maybe look there.

There are some indirect rewards that go hand in hand with being a clan member that shouldn't be discounted. For example, asking a higher lvl clan mate to help you with a quest, with a pvp issue or perhaps by tanking. From a personal perspective, I do not believe clan members should be paid a regular...
