They can be found using different methods. I've taken this from the item manual:
286 "Fire Legs(150)" drops=Fire Archer(0.1%) quests=2226 chests=190.190
surely! I could confirm it!
But, after all, it is not sold at the shop.
Are these quests and chests available at level 150?
In country in the east, the cat calls "nyaon".

sometimes players will try to get u to lower ur asking price for an item by telling u how much the item sells for in the shop
