i remember traveling the wilderness with lostknight and golgren came out of nowhere and i got a fish to the face

Don't feel too bad. The first time I saw him on a clan map, he tried to eat me. If not for respawn...

I am getting REALLY tired of these (cough cough)'s that ruin my gaming experience for "their convenience". And had this last one had a little more power he probably would have killed me with his fire arrows.

And the game is RIGGED in his favour!

ARCHER attacks me with fire arrows, yelling "Kill me! Kill me! Kill me!" This {cough cough} is too freaking lazy to walk to Map 0.0.

I cannot leave the map, this yo-yo is attacking me, an action rigged in favour of the ATTACKER, so I log!

Now comes the second ingame rigged action in favour of the attacker: the infamous 11 second wait to see if he gets to steal a piece of my gear! IT SUCKS!

I AM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF IT!

hit that archer with ur fire sword skill

after ur skills are ready to use again stun him and use always hit

alternatively

u can leave a map if u are being attacked if u are far enough away from the attacker

for this to work stun him and then use a speed pot to exit the map

i know how u feel about pvp as u and i have discussed it but i do not believe that that aspect of the game will ever change

in any case i am glad that u have the forums where u can vent ur frustration

IF this was PvP for the sake of PvP I would not have said a word here. I am learning that it is a part of the game ... like it or not!

And yes, you are right, don't like it and will NOT partake in it.

This was a non-clan Archer that was too lazy to walk to Map 0.0

Because he was just to plain lazy to walk: he destroyed my leisurely walk south to Ardesia City, my mood and my game experience.

I had to log for a minute, come back, and wait for my low yellow line health to heal.

What did he do? ... ask me if I care!

This will be my game for the next few weeks I think.
My gold purse has not been so light since I was level 200 I think.

Also, I think it is very obvious by now: I love mining and crafting!

It's too bad that he isn't immediately made outlaw for a few hours upon attacking you... then when he is seen in game by your 1000 friends, we could actually act on it rather than being inexplicably bound and made unable to do anything but watch him kill you..... if only there was a way to fix this issue...

Yea, that would be awesome. Unfortunately a coding nightmare I would think.

BUT OH BOY The idea.....

A code snip-it that checks for someone saying "kill me", in various languages, in any context, that would immediately make a "white name player" and outlaw and send him to where OUTLAWS spawn when they die .... THAT would be sweet! If not "attacking" anyone, for a few hours, if attacking someone at the time they type it: for a week!

And if already an outlaw, sent to a place where he has to fight his way out, with a 50% change of loosing gear every time he dies in there, and make the 'enemies' tough for the level he's at. Maybe a few will get out with just a sword!

And I will praise the day Dirty Harry said: "Go ahead, punk! MAKE MY DAY!"

This was not PvP for the sake of PvP <--- different story!
