Walking along and soon finding ourselves stumbling through the underbrush, muttering about poor path design and knowing exactly where we're going, and somehow still making it out the other side?

Don't you mean not knowing exactly where we are going?

Now I know why we get attacked so often. What with all the noise we are making.

However their red and yellow eyes glowing in the dark give them away which is good for us. :D

I think this was last Monday.

While on my way north through Silverwood, my Archer(27), an alt I'm bringing to level 40, paused and was tanking for a Huntress(15). She killed 4 and I'd used 2x HP+1000 pots to keep health up. She's got the last one down to redline, and a mage(30) drags 2 more over to me, and just stands there. My health drops down to a pinkish-yellow, I'm getting ready to use another pot, and all of a sudden he attacks me ... WOW! ... STA in the blink of an eye!

And I get called a sissy because I don't like PvP ... that mage was a COWARD! Attacking someone who was low in health while tanking for another player.

I stand by my Code of Chivalry for Knights Without a Clan, I may not be perfect with it but I do my best to stay the path.

We've asked this kind of info in the past. His code doesn't allow him to tell us, knowing that "vengeance by proxy" would be the result.

My "personal" code doesn't stop me from answering that ... just no names any more!

No not in a clan and no warning what-so-ever.

Meh, you'll run into those types in every game out there - opportunists.

But some of us do follow a code of some sort, and have to grit our teeth.
Don't worry - call it karma or whatever, they usually get it in the end - opportunists either get stabbed in the back or bite off more than they can chew more often than they'd like to admit. How do you think mass jailings for bug abuse come about?

Anyway, as usual, a decent read in this post.
Makes me want to dust off my robes...
You called me strong, you called me weak
But still your secrets I will keep
You took for granted all the times I
Never let you down
You stumbled in and bumped your head, if
Not for me then you'd be dead
I picked you up and put you back
On solid ground

Of that I have no doubt whatsoever.

LK walked through map 0,0 the other day and had green text pop up.

Code: Select all

I sell pvp protection
Now since I didn't buy any off him I'm wondering if he will be the next to attack!

Yea, I hear you.

What goes around comes around and karma will get around to it soon enough.

so it has a "Free Pass".

And I have spies watching Cashew's Cat ... errr ... Treehouse.

So I know who chops it down and I can report them for "House Abuse".

But they fall asleep on the job and when they wake: OOPS!
Just can't get reliable help these days.
