It goes to show that no matter what good things you do for people, there will always be someone to complain. I wanted to complete a quest for prayers of all level ranged to be able to do. I also wanted to give a nice reward. Each level was given the next weapon up. I thought this was nice. Apparently, it was not will received. Maybe deleting that chest will make everything normal again.

I certainly appreciate getting the 2k+2 bow

I was just showing that there is no need to fuss over getting a regular 2k bow vs a 2k+2 bow as there is not much difference

That way players can be happy whether they get a regular or a +

Totally agree. Many players will never even get anywhere close to level 2,000. It's not like everything new added to the game has to be for players in the 4-digit levels.

THIS.

I agree - most of the players in the game won't even worry about this item.
Either they're not high enough level, or they're not an archer.

Fact is, the content delivers far more to the players of a more reasonable level.
I'm curious - of all the level buyers, how many are actually interested in quests (save for gear rewards?)
I don't think it's a high percentage, but I could be wrong.

Anyway Hobbs, I'm of the opinion that your update is well suited for the main core of FT players, and those who have issue are not in the majority. Great work!

First of all A very very big Thanks to DaHobbit and GM team for the nice update. I really love the update. Although it is a bit hard but i love challenges. Secondly no one should complain anything because of the great amount of XP the quests give. I think well over 25 + to 30 levels. That's huge lol.
As regarding the 2K+2 gear, please don't forget that when 4,0 map was created with east and west caves, players got many items based on levels. 250, 250 to 500, 500 to 750 and finally 1k + . players could open chests multiple times and got different items based on levels. If the same thing is implemented here and player again open that chest at higher level maybe get +2 weapon. Even if it's not implemented i don't thing it should be an issue because it really doesn't make much difference as far as i think. Lol i remember few years back Swamp bow was the top gear lvl 100. Players used to buy it for 100m too. Now we have so many gears. So please don't complain about anything. Just enjoy the game. U can also enjoy the game with a regular bow.

Finally again a huge thanks to DaHobbit for all the effort put into this nice update.

Completely agree

A weapon is a weapon and there's not much difference in the variations

I thoroughly enjoy doing 100% completion regarding quests

The quests are all good and challenging and i wouldn't change them One bit

I'm happy no matter what items i get from chests
There is always a use for them No matter what level they are

I am just happy that there are chests available

It's like opening a birthday present:ghost:

A big thank you from me as well. Sorry, I lost sight of the forest for the trees there, so to speak. I have so many quests to look forward to that the ones I was looking forward to getting to a week ago are now just one of many. Unearthing Hobbs' drinking problem is obviously far from discovering all of the new things!

On a related note to chests
It's possible that chests in the future may give out random items - from a selected list
So, those will not be "fair" either - it will be chance
One player will get like a 2k item, while another might get 5 gold pieces
Ok, maybe they won't be that extreme, but it's possible.
