A Forgotten Tales ABC's

A Forgotten Tales ABC’s

The Letter A
Accounts- We all have them being granted access by divinity (the game creator) to his world called Forgotten Tales. At this time we may all do due homage. Huzzah, kudos, etc. etc. An account is like our child nurtured and taken care of. Some have a single offspring, others a few and some a tremendous hoard of accounts able to populate their own FT city or form their own clan. Like a secret society we have a special word that allows us access. Forgetting it is like forgetting your anniversary date or someone’s birthday. The coolest and strangest things about accounts are the player names that are chosen! I am sure we have met someone who named their child something that in our judgment was a rather odd choice. Yet parents have this right and so do account owners to choose from the obscure to whimsical. That really is the crowning thing about accounts that behind them are a vast variety of players from all over the world who dare to give total strangers a glimpse into their personality and at times into the soul of who they are.

I like it!

So we're sticking with the letter A for now?

A is for Ascanius
Stuck on a quest? This guy LOVES doling them out. It's always worth paying him a visit every so often as he enjoys sending you on wild goose chases. He's never happy unless he has a ? above his head.

Keep them coming! :D

A is for Arashiko, and we do not take her for granted! (And ardesia is not forgotten)

Amazon- The name evokes certain images being one of the more attractive female character choices. It is attractive as it is the counterpart of the swordsman. For those who came to the online FT game by way of first playing the FT offline version you know that your class was chosen for you as you were given the role of a swordsman to play the game. In this online game you can choose a female sword wielding character. It would be super if armor and weaponry were expanded to include an amazon only set of gear, but then again using the same for both amazon and swordsman reinforces the amazons ability to fight just as effectively as the swordsman. Still I would welcome special weaponry and armor for the amazon and also the fairy too who is quite different than a mage. The huntress and freya do well with sharing equipment with male counterparts. Unlike the swordsman the amazon class has a special village area on the map where amazons are found. The freyas also have a village, the fairies an island, and the huntresses are found in two more indistinct areas. The male classes seem to wander wild or are placed in man caves called dungeons which upon reflection seems entirely accurate and appropriate!

A is for awesome (as I better keep the theme)! It is also for Ardesia the city, home of a few swordsmen that I know.

A is for Ashdown
A great village with great neighbours, a fantastic vista over the oceans, a mine to the south east, a portal to the north east and a shop keeper who refuses to buy items for a fair price.

A per Abusers - all those players violating rules without realising they damage the game as well and, on the long run, ruin the fun for everyone them included

Ardesia City- A glistening city, an architectural wonder, and the swankiest place for a private house is Ardesia. With an access to the sea, a transport service, and the home of secret passages, it abounds with variety. Many quests can be found within its walls from level 20 to 400. However the swank comes at a price once you dare to attempt the quests involved with re-opening Hobbs Gold Mine. Now we know what maintains its splendor, the mega rich company of 10 miners, the million gold beggar, and the 10 million gold transportation provider. Yet all is not as these comments may seem. For those who like to ransack legally some choice pickings can be found here. Search the homes, the outbuildings, and the mage structures, everywhere, and many goodies are found for all and free for the taking! Don’t worry the inhabitants don’t mind they just replace those items taken for the next traveler to help themselves to. What an accommodating place, a friendly map with an escape from the swarms of monsters and any players intent on mayhem. Ardesia crown city of all FT!
