clsarjun27, lvl 751 & his numerous attempts to move me from a spot that I had previously been peacefully hunting at.
This has since been reported, also. However, this is a common tactic of players who are many lvls above and wish to dominate a spot for their own use. Which is to bring a large lethal mob towards you.

Agreed. Not good at all and quite an assortment of dangerous enemies to drag on to you.

Really unnecessary too, I was happy to share with him. It's unfortunate that this was his repeated response.

Thanks Ryaca. Unfortunately, I've had reports that ecko has returned and begun killing players pets again in exactly the same fashion. Happened earlier this morning according to the player reported it.

Unfortunately, sudukfruta does not have access to the forum. I've been looking for ecko today, but could not find him. With regards to what he is repeatedly doing to other players & their purchases in general, I don't think think a simple jailing is sufficient.

He is being punished. His name has a (_) that I could not see in the screenshot.

ecko_

Is held for dragging spawns to grinding players.
Thank you all.

And there is an excellent reason to "remove" " _ " or blank spaces "before" and "after" character names.

Yeah, I checked my own screenshot & the _ definitely doesn't show. Appreciate the effort made by all GM staff.

I'll be on the look out for more offenders, at any rate

Given the amount of characters with the same name given or taken a "-" or a white space, renaming them all would probably require weeks of full time work: just consider the time needed to contact the owner asking them about desired new name, and to convince the ones who would refuse renaming, just to start with.

IMO the policy about which characters are to be allowed in names has to be set during first game design stages - but planning things in advance so to skip later problems is an art not everyone likes to practice  (in game design as in any other field, sadly)

Anyway the game staff can use all those search trick well known to anyone with at least a basic computer science skills-set: handling special characters in names is just some more work, nothing compared with what they are certainly already doing
