I wasn't around for this

I saw Melkor talking about an old change earlier that I wasn't around for but I bet players were very upset when it happened. I'm sure there were others that were happy about it but still a pretty big change.

Here is a strange occurrence that I witnessed today. Notice the page number "fifteen" instead of "15". Strange.

Just run a search for ruin* or something like that and jump back to the old comments first. Not sure offhand if Melkor's issue comes up, but you can see plenty of references to the game being ruined going back several years. There is a recency bias for many issues where things that happened recently are viewed as more important or given more weight, and that often times leads to incorrect assumptions.

I'm not saying these recent changes aren't big, but how many adjustments have been made to characters, controls, and so on over the years? I'm not saying "similar" changes.

You are correct. Every change that comes along, players threaten to leave and claim the game is ruined or broken.

After every change, FT survives.

Noooo but cute
Like water off a duck's back
All my drag race fans we have heard this phrase of off season 5's winner, Jinx Monsoon.

"My motto is water off a duck's back. Meaning: don't let negativity weigh you down, perpetuate positive thinking" ~ Jinx Monsoon
Because of the oily feathers when it rains the water just rolls off the ducks back. The duck, under his feather coat, stays warm and dry.

So take change like water off a ducks back. Stay warm, stay dry, play safe. be safe.
