I'd post in Help Wanted, with a plea for GMs to jail the fake. Just my opinion.

GM Inbox has it, this is just for info for those that read the forum.

There's been a number of copy cat scammers of late.
The same individual who was posing as El_Menda5 has now taken to pretending to be caveman_5 (Named such after his scam victim, caveman55)

My guess is that they read the post regarding it and have attempted to do the same to LostKnight.

No se decir cuál. Solo las leí una vez.

Pero si ese jugador es lvl 900.....

Normalmente los estafadores son lvl bajos..

I feel you may be misunderstanding, Lestat. A scammer had originally taken El_Menda's name and created an alt of a similar name. His purpose was to both scam & also blacken his name/get him jailed. Caveman55 was robbed of 1.5b by the copycat. Swift intervention on mine and LostKnight's part remedied the immediate issue. However, the result was the same person then creating a fake caveman_5 account to get caveman55 jailed for reporting him. Whoever was behind all of these fake and malicious scamming accounts deserves an account wide permaban.

Tangled, he referenced a lvl 900 with a name similar to his. That isnt a copycat scammer. TBH i thought El_Menda was a copycat of dave mandas accounts. Look at his post above mine please. I agree scammers need punished, but just because a name is similar doesnt make it a scammer account.

Dave manda has an account El_Manda that has a good name and a much longer player than El_Menda.

He says a player has similar name and is level 900. His account is much lower than this "copycat".
There were already el_manda accounts before his el_menda account.
He cant call them a scammer or copycat if it existed first.
