I got 10 of these things during the skill up work. Crafts using these are impossible at my current level and I thinking to sell them.

In that case, definitely try and sell them at map 0, 0. Make sure you practise selling with a trusted friend first though as some players may try and cheat you.

And that really hurts if you are buying a pet for 2b in gold. You're out 2b and no pet!
