Mate please include in your manual few things:
1.) Autospawn or Hotspot can't be made(or can, but it's extremely hard) without set up joystick mode in game settings
2.) It would help alot if in your hotspot will be tank and spawner... (OR tank and spawner in same person) so if you are mage and there is warrior staying in spawn... Just stay as far from him to kill just 6 monsters and leave 3 monsters for warrior... (IF you will just rush in and kill all monsters warrior will leave and you will end up by restart spawn ewery time you run for mana)
3.) Info about charging hotspot... I did left Rammsis2 on spiders hotspot for more then 5 hours... Still it doesn't became "charged"( when Rammsis2 log off monsters stay but no others spawn...)
4.)If there is 2 mages on hotspot then is best if one is killing while other one is running for mana....
Well so far it's all I can think is useful information... Thanks for attention :)

I agree, low lvls need to know so there pets arnt killed on accident :)
When I first started I mistook pets as NPC helpers. That automatically and randomly spawned across the maps and helped in "difficult" situations
-blushes- I use to run to them for cover if I was near death

Later I learned they belonged to players and were fragile.. And that players didn't like me using their (randomly spawning NPC map guardians) pets as meat shields.
It's the developers role to make changes that encourage gameplay in all of its aspects.
It's the players role to enhance gameplay and make it enjoyable for others.

Read this a while back but keep coming back ... today seeing your other post in a thread I started and having something to comment on about this, gives reason for this post.
MadMikael wrote:Warnings About Spawn Abuse

Intentional blocking of spawns when players are trying to grind, to irritate or annoy others, is not acceptable. This is considered ruining the game experience for others. You may report this to a game moderator if its a problem. Offending players will be warned, and punished if they refuse to co-operate.
OH I hit this just last night, in the red mummy dungeon. To guys walked in with levels in the high three figure area and "spaced" their powerful pets across the top-left and left side of the dungeon and then started spawning. What they didn't get, their pets did. And one of them killed a user when he tried to attack his pet. The guy killed had a [D] at the end of his name, I know him, he's been a pain for me a couple of times so 'secretely - inside' I cheered! Not sure if they were mages or archers but their attacks were ranged because they were cleaning up in two isles. I left shortly after some other left as I wasn't getting any kills.
MadMikael wrote:Over-spawning and/or swarming, with intent to kill others, may be considered ruining the game experience for others. If done, repeatedly, with little or no provocation, it is considered abuse and may be punishable by a game moderator.

There are times when it may be considered acceptable; usually these instances involve instigation from the other player. It all depends on context, and punishment is at the discretion of the moderator involved. To that end, I advise not doing it at all if you can help it.
GUILTY as Charged! - See the guy I mentioned above with the [D] after his name - he surrounded to me and a couple of others on the plains of Silver City with a swarm a while back. Sooooooooooooo I got him back in kind. He hasn't done it to me again, he was only lvl 26 - I would not have though he could be a [D] at that level.
I was always AFK!

This is a recurring problem in the game.
The issue is - it's really tough to prove it.
With a screenshot - no, not possible.
With a video - not really either; I've seen others (in real time), instigate, anger the other player, then when the other player retaliates with this method, they video him and try and report him... so we won't punish on a video (but it may pique our interest enough to watch them a while).
Honestly, the GMs don't like these kind of players... so if we DO catch them, we make their lives a little miserable. Outlaw usually (to start).

I made this post a long time ago... back when GMs were simply called "moderators" lol.
I'm quite proud of how many views it has gotten in the passing years.... a post I really can't regret.
Yes, there are some more advanced techniques (some are posted as replies), but this was a guide to get you started if you were new.

Are spawn points still able to be "charged?"

By the way, great post. I need to start reading stickies. Was great to see responses from older players that I have never seen before.
