Violation of Clan Building Rules?

On clan map (3,-3) there are two new dungeon enterences/exits. So on (b3,-2) (new worm dungeon) if you exit via the bottom right, you get a nice suprise death from a building. Now if i remember right,
Clan buildings must provide at least 3 steps safe from borders or dungeon doors
So does this mean we have to take them down?

mods & admin already let it slide. Doom has close call entering/leaving tunnels ;}

The argument was this:

If you're walking from map to map, you could see the tower long before you got close enough for it to hit you. Thats why its considered unfair to have towers at the edge of the map.

If you're climbing a ladder, and popping your head out, you can't see a tower until you pop your head out. This is why its considered fair for towers to be built close to the ladders. Also, it gives other clans the ability to build deeper in the map without border access.
