Hi.
I would like to thank you for reporting foul language in the game.
This matter will get looked into, and punishments will be issued where deemed necessary.

In the future though, I ask you not to post such pictures publicly.
Posting a picture of foul language in public areas of the forum is against the forum rules.
It is far preferable that you send such a screenshot to a GM via private message.
To assist with chat log checks, you might include the map number of the incident (I can tell in the pic which one it is), and the approximate time of the incident in FT time (using the /time command in game will give you the current game time). These details can make server searches quicker - which can possibly slow the game slightly on a busy day.

Again, I thank you for your report, I have the picture and it will be looked into.
