Do you mean "how to play on computer?" - use Android emulator like Bluestacks or Nox App Player .

Generally an android apk would mean it runs on an android device. Or something that would emulate android and allow you to use andoid apks on a system that isnt android.

Just grab bluestacks. Seems to be what people are using.
