I was wondering where item 327's chest is the chest number is 803

As far as I know, those gloves have only been dropped at spawn parties. I've never come across them in a chest but then again a chest in mentioned in the item list, so maybe someone knows better than I do.
Elite gloves are available from the witches sister shop for those level 150+.

Chest: 803
It means that these gloves are in chest, located in underground number 803. Here is map of undergrounds, bit outdated, but still useful

I've played for a little over a year and since then just about all the chests and quest rewards have changed. Idk what the manual says, but it's all different from what I received back then.

I am being told that it's in the cave that takes a rope to get into but for some reason that npc for the map will not speak to me what is the level requirements?
