The whole compressed data with all accounts, players data and clans (the game reached recently 50 000 players just on google play)
would fit on old floppy disk. I put the picture because some of you may not remember that days
That is the power of well designed data storage

When I started to learn programming on Oric-1, there wasn't any floppy around... Data was written on cassette for a HUGE storage of 48K (per side of a 60mn tape).
It is sure you had to cram every single bit of data into tiny spaces.

It's so sentimental! Like Atari 800XE, or ZX Spectrum...Phaxes wrote:When I started to learn programming on Oric-1, there wasn't any floppy around... Data was written on cassette for a HUGE storage of 48K (per side of a 60mn tape).

Re: Funny fact
That is impressive.
A little surprised you didn't try and stuff it onto a 5-1/4" floppy.
I do wonder how many punch cards it would take to document the code though
