Omfg! When are y'all gonna get it? Mechanics make buildings! There IS NO programming that can stop spam! That was why the rule began!
Wall jumping is able to be done because of a specific game mechanic that displaces a player to prevent them from being trapped upon login. Does that make it legal? NO! Wall jumping is punished under rule 8: bug and mechanics abuse.
Abusing buildings to block players in these ways is mechanics abuse. Scamming players is an abuse of the trading system. RULES WILL ALWAYS BE NEEDED, REGARDLESS OF THE MECHANICS OF THE GAME! STOP ACTING LIKE CHILDREN HAVING A TANTRUM AND GROW TF UP!

The developer will adjust the mechanics as far as he can do this and edit the rules as he sees it himself.The game was much worse in situations than now if you recall copying objects and levels.The game can survive this as well.
You miss the main point that the combatant himself described.Rules must be simple and clear so that they cannot be easily broken.
Rule 8 is so and it is explained literally in one line.It has never been controversial.
Can argue endlessly on this subject, but we must accept this and wait for a compbatant decision.

Lol. We already HAVE a compbatant decision. Now, we need a competent decision. Compbatant refused to adjust mechanics in the past, so complex rules to adjust to the situation were developed by the mods he refused to listen to. RULE 14 STILL EXISTS. IT WAS NOT REMOVED.
Perhaps nobody is listening, because they haven't been given sufficient cause. I'll go ahead and "fix" that.

How is this spam? They are not building INSIDE GRUZ base. I agree they are building in a contested area and blocking a gate but there is a big opening below to allow access to that GRUZ tower. And GRUZ are not allied to most of the clans on that map and would not even talk about attaining ally (though it was offered). They only want to destroy the (as they have put it) "American" clans even tho we have told them that the majority of people in these clans are not even American lol. So until there is a solution to this why not use means at your disposal, as they have already been doing? If the clans on that map do nothing they will be destroyed, so wait and see cannot b an option.

Part of the rule states building within range of enemy buildings is also punishable. All of the walls were surrounding GRUZ base, and in range. As you said, it is a contested area.

What s the point of clans? Of course in the fight against each other. Contradictions between players will always be. You can make maps of clans on which pvp will not be. And the problem will be solved by itself. And for pvp make a special place. Do you know what the colosseum is in the center? This endless dispute needs to be stopped, the clan cards closed for a while. Yeah, a lot of people won t like it, but it s the only way to stop it. The game is not perfect, let s just make it better together. And then we ll see who s stronger

Making clan maps non pvp is not the answer. This removes the point of clans. Players showing intergrity and following rules is whats needed. Taking advantage of confusion is not whats needed

What forces the introduction of new rules? Not the perfection of a game in which you can do things that others don t like. All this is prescribed in the rules. Need to get rid of the very cause, not close it with a set of rules. Since the new rules lead to the search for new loopholes in them. And everything begins. A closed circle.

Maybe just lock clan maps until compbatant comes up with his solution. Several people have outright said or heavily implied that the rules don't matter as they are written as compbatant will fix things with mechanics. Surely nobody would want to be taking actions that might not be allowed, so this would prevent that.

Also, if anyone thinks that changes to the game mechanics should be the ultimate fix I'm sure that nobody would mind those "fixes" being retroactive for existing structures. Freezing maps allows that to be worked out too.
