I have to agree with insiders here... if it was your clan, no one could have stole it. However, if you declanned, and there were no members in the clan, that means you disbanded the clan... leaving the name up for grabs to whoever wanted it. By doing this, you gave up any claim to the clan name.. its not your clan anymore.

If you're really interested in this, I suggest you PM one admin.

But I wouldn't get your hopes up. I know another moderator asked for an inactive clan's name.. and was denied.

However, I will post this idea under suggestions.
