Which clan to join?

I know I'm still pretty novice (still trying to buy a little 50 staff for 8m lol) but I've been thinking of joining a clan, which ones are worth joining? And no DR clan. I'm about sick of getting jump pk'ed by them on archer map.

About staff i got one i can sell it for 8 m just find me in game
About clan u need +lvl100 to join BK
