How DR playing..

DR is building enemy's place..for example they had build rash's.DR destroying small CLANS.
DR HAVING FUN with killing low lvls of their enemies.i know this is true.But why DR wait till other lower clans
build tower high lvl.And then they attack? It is cause exp? It is cause having fun? It is cause they want see
low clans sad?It is cause they want waste low clan's gold,time and resource?I don't know why they doing it
but my clan {MEGA} got a huge problem by DR.I know that we are enemies.Because we 'help' rash.But if
DR want a TRUE WAR.WHY DON'T THEY LET US BUILD.AND ANY OTHER CLAN.AND THEN FIGHT LIKE
A TRUE MEN!?...
