What is were do I find that element.

If you mean the crafting 'element of game' - it's special crafting clan building.
If you mean meteor stone - it is a rare drop from mining. Any type of ore has a chance of dropping meteor stones and soul stones when mined.

I got meteor stones and soul stones mining in orcs tunnel, entering near the Smith. I needed iron but hot Aldo those

Does a House have Special high level Gear crafting. Such as Legendary Weapons? And do we use Meteor Stones for this?

I'm pretty sure that the highest level item you can craft in a house is level 750.
