Cave Entrance on 0.2

when I enter the cave on map location 0.2 right hand side, it says this part of the map is coming soon. There are wizards casting spells on me and stairs going places. Is this a bug or is it not yet completed?

Not yet completed - the off line RPG has less content than the MMO version
