maximum receive 1 m when selling expensive items?

hi guys =)

i was wondering whether the maximum you get paid when selling an item is 1m?
i know there are differences in the shops itself and that mage temple, blacksmith, banktown and martek pay good prices. i think about 90% of the money you have to pay when buying the same item.

my question is this:
when buying an ice amor from blitzbee island i have to pay 5m.
but when i want to sell it, i just get 1m paid - not 4m.
is 1m the maximum you get in general?

because this means that it will take very long to grind for expensive high end items forlevel 100+
after the yellow archers with their fire bows... - what would be the best to grind for gold then in the level 50+?

I'm sure there will be better returns than 1m but for now, try running robes from the cave at 3 -2 to marteks. They drop earth robes at - I think - a 25% drop rate and they get a decent price.

okay - so the bloody mumies.
yes - earth robe 25% for 41k gold.
sounds like a plan. i like farming there but unfortunately they spawn so rarely. not comparable with the yellow archers where you can fight against 10 at the same time.
i only get 1 mummie spawned around every 10 seconds :/
is there a trick to make them spawn faster?

yes, different spots work very well - if nobody is around, try a few steps down from the upper-right corner - easy to get a good spawn going there if i remember correctly

Ah yes... Many hours spent in that underground dungeon long, long ago. Fond memories indeed. Might have to take my low level mage there for a bit of a nostalgia fix.

i need LOTS of money....^^ furthermore I hope that some of the quests will be fixed and added in offline game - otherwise all the time I put into grinding so hard will not make a huge diference

IMO, in the offline version a great gold&xp source is in maps 2.3/3.3, at red crocks, when the blood mummies start being too low.
What level is your party, now?

my party is lvl 51 now - full equipped with lvl 50 gear (those parts that are reachable in offline game).
so u mean the red crocos and war dogs?
war dogs (13k ep) sometimes drop the blue battlehelmets i think but red crocos never have dropped something up to now
but 49k exp each kill is pretty nice

i will farm them tonight. maybe they will drop some expensive gear

They drop level 40 helmet, plate and axe, giving you some gold too
